Since the day I started my work here (current place), I had 3 immediate bosses already. Mrs N, Dr S and now Mr Jack. Been through lots of experience and learn on how to handle this bosses too.
Mrs N is a lil bit ‘unsocialize’, prefer to work on her own meaning that seldom discuss it with her ‘anak buah’. Sometime can be kelam kabut and my friend said (perception only ya), the quality of her work is below the expectation of what her level shld do.
Meanwhile Dr S, is professional, thinking ahead and do her work in a very good quality. She always make sure there is always some added value to what she did. And this imply to us too. I really enjoy working with her though sometimes she can be very meticulous and want a perfection. We also need to be ready at all time to answer all the Qs of what we shld do. Which is very similar to what my previous company ( private sector) apply in their workers. Due to that behavior, some of the officers like her and didn’t like her too.Especially those who has been tuned themselves to be a slow, relax,lazy ass bone g*vt serv*nts. I personally feel that I can get along with her, so its seems that Dr also can work well with me, which I think has caused some jealousy to some senior officers. Well, please…aku tak bodeks kay!.I did my work like what my boss want, so please don’t blame me if she like to mention my name, what so eve…..
Mr Jack come to the picture, and looks like my senior officers tried to get his attention. In short he kind of man that act like ‘Joyah’. Kinda metrosxual guys in local society.(Hope u can imagine).He’s manly, got kids, though body but the mouth and the expression hmmm very the ‘Joyah’. Good things about him is, he listen (listen ya…not follow) to everyone and build good rapport with everyone in the office. Which is very synonym with the Joyah character rite? But, like Joys too, u need to be careful with him, cause he can simply tell others of what u have told (share, mengumpat etc) him earlier. Which turn out can be a different perception too other people and make u looks bad too!. Oh dear…I wish I can escape from this situation.
One day, Mr Jack called me and simply said I’m not PROACTiVE…what?I’m so shocked.He kinda blame me because I didn’t know about the changes to the talk that I manage.What the heck? At that time I was away for compulsory courses and after I came back from the courses I did met him and ask of any pending job. No one inform me about the changes! Later he can simply said that I’m no proactive enough and pity my senior need to do lots of works! Hello….please ok! In my heart, I’m so mad of this. They (my seniors too) also happened to do the job without involving me, then when they face any problem or run short of time they come and ask for my help. I don’t mind to help, but please don’t claim that i didn’t play my role as a team members if from the beginning u didn’t invite me!. I’m so pissed off when think about this. Happened that Mr Jack is new..and looks like the Senior have captured his mind to believe what ever they said rather that what our prior boss (dr S) has told him about the scenario before. Do they feel threaten with my existence?..Arghh..because Dr S is comfortable with me they want to stab me back by telling Mr Jack that I’m this and that. Arghh sakit hati…looks like Mr Jack believe them and treat me unlike my seniors…(macam anak tiri aja aku ni) Sedey!
I hope I can prove myself to my boss ! I’m proactive enough and willing to take any challenge!. I don’t understand why ppl can be so mean to each other!Ya Allah..please give the strength and show me the way…insyaAllah!To those who envy me and feel that aku perasan bagus (no I didn’t)..aku maafkan. They can’t blame me if I wanna nurture the good and best behaviour here….make them feel so too!
